Start with a scan
Choose Photo or Video, then select the file you intend to publish. Use the relevant social tab or All apps to review the results. The sample file lets you explore the scanner without uploading your own media.
Scanning is free. Selecting Clean requires registration and an active paid subscription, including when using the sample.
Understand the result
AI metadata found means the file includes a supported declaration of AI involvement. No AI metadata found means no recognized AI declaration was identified; it does not prove that AI was never used.
A review-needed or incomplete result should not be treated as a clean bill of health. Open Scan details for the information available about your file.
A file will not scan
Check the format and the 200 MB limit. Renaming a file extension does not convert the format. If the original opens normally in your editor, export a supported copy and scan that export.
Files that cannot be fully parsed are refused rather than presented as verified output.
You paid but cannot clean
Sign in to the Labelwatermark account you used when starting checkout. Check Your account for the subscription state. Keep the Whop receipt and confirm that the payment completed before trying to purchase again.
If checkout was closed before payment completed, return to the scanner and continue to payment. A scan result is not a confirmation of purchase.
Review your download
Download only after the result says removal was verified. Keep your original. The cleaner does not re-encode media data, but removing metadata such as orientation can affect how some viewers display it.
If you edit the clean copy again, scan the new export: the editor may attach new metadata.
A platform still shows a label
Social networks may use signals beyond file metadata. They also control labels on existing posts. Cleaning a separate copy here does not change an already published post or replace platform disclosure requirements.
Check the platform guide for the distinction between its label and the information found in your file.
