Find your purchase
Labelwatermark uses Whop for checkout. Keep the receipt associated with your purchase and use the account linked to that payment when looking for it.
Your Labelwatermark account shows whether cleaning access is active. Payment details and subscription controls are managed through Whop.
Recurring payments
Review the price, currency, billing interval, and taxes shown at checkout before subscribing. A subscription authorizes recurring billing until it is canceled under the purchase terms.
Logging out of Labelwatermark or closing a browser tab does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel a subscription
Use the subscription controls for your purchase in Whop. Follow the cancellation instructions and check the confirmation and access end date shown there.
If you cannot locate the purchase or cancellation control, Whop’s help center can help you find the appropriate route.
Request help with a payment
For an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or payment-processing error, contact Whop through its help center. Include the purchase reference and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or full card details.
A cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Submitting a refund request does not itself confirm approval.
